Learn how to live into your values and shape who you want to become. As a result of this workshop, you will (1) identify your core values, (2) align your values with your daily choices, (3) set boundaries for your time, activities, and priorities, and (4) evaluate life arenas where you excel and/or arenas that require attention.

How to be Energized: From Spastic to Focused

What if you had an unlimited reservoir of energy? How would more energy affect your productivity, activities, and relationships? This workshop shares over 10 techniques and tools to generate your own energy throughout the day without substances, e.g., caffeine, sugar, etc. As a result of this workshop, you will (1) have increased physical and metal vibrancy, (2) full engagement in productive activities, and (3) handle the unknown curveballs throughout your day. The participant will learn how to have sustained energy throughout the day. With less dependence on caffeine and sugar, overall health may improve. This experiential workshop requires participants to move their body.

How to be Courageous and Respond Swiftly to Challenges

Courage is moving forward in the face of fear. What conversations or situations have you been avoiding? Or, what activity have you been delaying on yet know you need to move forward on? This workshop will address: (1) awareness of what we fear, (2) expression of yourself, and (3) consistently responding to our challenges. As a result, the attendee will move forward and become aware of the fear that prevents action and more boldly step into courageous action.

Productivity Hacks: From Overwhelmed to Extra Time

Time is our most precious resource. We may be busy all day yet may not be productive or efficient. This workshop trains you how to be laser focused instead of filled with endless distractions or non-priority activities. Learn what distractions cost you and your organization in terms of time and money. Specific tools will be shared on why you may not engage in an important activity, how to get to the root of the problem, and how to pave a way forward. Influence is the ability to persuade others to change or support an idea. With tact and diplomacy, we can persuade others to join our cause and support us in our endeavors. Your actions and behaviors indicate how you show-up to the world and affect those around you.  As a result of this workshop, you will learn (1) how to role model positive behavior, and (2) learn and practice the 10 elements of the persuasion formula.
